Payment Information
 

• A non-refundable $20 booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee is applied toward your total service balance.

 

• The remaining balance is due on the day of service.

 

• Posh Petite Spa is a cashless establishment. We accept all major credit/debit cards and contactless payments.

• Gratuity is cash preferred

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments adjusted with proper notice will have the $20 deposit transferred to a future booking.

• As your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations/reschedules made less than 24 hours (ex. same day) will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service automatically charged to your credit card on file.

• For same-day rescheduling requests within the 24hr policy, we will make every effort to accommodate you without penalty based on availability.
